Sir Knights,
Thank you for choosing me to become the Color Corps Commander for Msgr. Bernard Collins Assembly. I am humbled at the opportunity you have given me to lead out Honor Guard.
I will give the position all the possible time I can. I am excited about achieving some of the challenges that come with being in a leadership role in our Assembly. I will try to help the Assembly meet the goals of membership and programs. I will help the Assembly attract new members, and attempt to get new and existing members to join the Honor Guard. I know the District Master relies on Assembly #2889 to be active in call-outs. When the Master needs an Honor Guard, he looks no further than ours. I intend to keep it that way.
We have an excellent group of men in our Honor Guard. Men who have been under great leadership since the beginning of our Assembly. It will be my mission to make sure to continue and provide the leadership that they have come to expect and deserve. I am honored to be able to serve as Color Corps Commander for Msg. Bernard G. Collins Assembly #2889.
Glory and Honor to God and Duty to Country,
SK Joey Traylor
