Council business meetings are
held once a month, Usually on the 1st Thursday, at 7:30
pm. Msgr. Collins Assembly business meetings are held on the
3rd Thursday of each month ay 7:30pm. Meetings are in Collins Hall.
In addition to regular meetings, the Knights are involved in many other
activities throughout the year. These include Fiesta bowl driving,
Lenten Fish Fry, Adopt a Highway, Persons with Intellectual Disabilities
drive, Free Throw and Soccer Challenge, and our yearly "It's the Good Life" food wine and beer tasting. Check back here often for
